John Twitchen, Executive Director of Copper Consultancy sees the benefits of investment, saying that  it’s good for business too – saving resources saves money.

JUMP is a practical programme that rewards employees in the workplace for taking positive steps that both improve the environment and enhance personal health and well-being. Modules include walking or cycling to work, recycling in the workplace, volunteering in the community, monitoring personal fitness levels, to name just a few, and can be tailored to suit the organisation.

Employees who sign up are rewarded with ‘Green Points’, the unique reward currency operated by Green Rewards. For each positive step such as cycling or walking a mile to work, the employee earns ‘Green Points’ which can be donated to charity projects (selected by Copper) or spent in the Green Rewards eShop on a range of over 1,000 products and experiences.

Green Rewards Co-founder and Managing Director Graham Simmonds explains:

“JUMP brings corporate responsibility and well-being together into one inclusive programme. We know that companies want to reduce energy, support communities in which they operate, and retain a healthy, motivated workforce. Our programme provides a practical and engaging way for them to achieve these objectives.”
